Sean's instincts may admittedly be somewhat compromised, but the man knows when he's being watched, even if it takes him a bit longer than it would normally. He's a hard person to catch off guard even on a bad day, and this is easily one of the worst. Not bothering to look up and still absently playing with his dead bride's wedding ring, he raises his voice loud enough to be heard outside his open door.

"If'n ye're lookin' fer some excitement, the party's back that way." He'd get up, but he's pretty sure it'll be a little while before he trusts himself on his feet again.
