"Do what?" Meredith asks. "Put up with you when you're going crazy or put up with the nothing?" She doesn't really, but she's getting better at it, or at least at covering how much it drives her mad, too. "A lot of stuff I make up to do that doesn't need doing, my friends, and putting up with you, that's a full time job."
