Meredith's heart jumps at that, managing to feel like it's racing too fast and skipping beats at once. Forcing her eyes open, she looks up at him, dazed and wordless, sounds catching in her throat like they can't get past her heart lodged there. As much as she wants this to last, she hardly even tries to hold off. It seems pointless when he's this relentless, when all she can do is hold on and keep moving, desperate for every touch, every thrust. She lifts her head to try to kiss him again and winds up arching into him instead, crying out as she comes. It hits her hard, over and over, and she keeps bucking up against him, too much and never enough.
